| 目的 观察五味消毒饮联合棉条外用在青少年甲沟炎患者临床效果。方法 60例青少年甲沟炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患处采用莫匹罗星软膏外用治疗,治疗组患处给予五味消毒饮湿敷联合棉条填塞治疗。两组均随访3月,评价治疗前后两组临床疗效,记录并比较治疗前后两组行走痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、高频B超测定患趾嵌甲深度变化情况。结果 对照组总有效率为66.67%,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,治疗1月时两组VAS评分均较前明显下降(P<0.05),且在治疗3月时治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗3月时治疗组嵌甲深度与治疗前相比明显下降(P<0.05) 。结论 五味消毒饮联合棉条外用可用于青少年甲沟炎的治疗,临床操作简单、方便,可以改善足趾嵌甲深度,明显缓解患趾疼痛,复发几率低。 |

| Objective To explore the curative effect of Wuwei Xiaodu Drink combined with cotton wisp therapy in the treatment of paronychia,in order to provide effective reference for clinical treatment.Methods Sixty Juvenile patients with paronychia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mopirocin ointment, while the treatment group were treated with Wuwei Xiaodu Drink combined with cotton wisp, Both groups were followed up for 3 months to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and the visual analogue scale (VAS)、the length of nail penetration measure by High-frequency ultrasonograph (22 mHz) were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency in the treatment group was 93.33%, and the total efficiency in the control group was 66.67% ,the VAS scores and the length of nail penetration in the treatment gorup were all lower than those in the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion Wuwei Xiaodu Drink combined with cotton wisp therapy shows a definite effect on paronychia patients,the pain of the wound is relieved, the clinical operation is simple and convenient, and is worthy of promotion. |
