      由结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)感染引起的结核病(Tuberculosis,TB)是最致命的传染病之一,严重影响着人类的健康。虽然结核分枝杆菌感染与宿主环境之间的相互作用已被广泛研究,但对相关微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)与结核病之间的免疫调节了解仍然有限。宿主对结核分枝杆菌的免疫应答受多种miRNA的调控,miRNA通过调节先天免疫和适应性免疫中重要基因的表达水平起作用。因此本综述阐明了miRNA在结核分枝杆菌感染中扮演的角色,总结了在结核病中相关miRNA基于各种信号通路如何参与免疫调节。有助于更透彻地了解结核病的发展变化,为结核病的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。
英文摘要:
      Tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection is one of the most deadly infectious disease, which seriously affects human health. Although the interaction between Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection and the host environment has been widely researched, the understanding of the immune regulation between related microRNAs and tuberculosis is still limited. The host immune response to Mycobacterium tuberculosis is regulated by a variety of miRNAs, which act by regulating the expression levels of important genes in innate and adaptive immunity. Therefore, this review clarifies the role of miRNAs in Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, and summarizes how the relevant miRNAs in tuberculosis involve in immune regulation based on various signaling pathways. It is helpful to understand the development and changes of tuberculosis that provide more new thoughts for the diagnosis and treatment in tuberculosis.
