| 目的:观察罗氏三步正骨法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取 2022 年06 月- 2023 年 06 月我院推拿科门诊就诊的 70 例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为对照组(予推拿治疗)与治疗组(予罗氏三步正骨法治疗)各35例。治疗2周后观察两组患者疼痛评分(NRS)和颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)的变化,并比较临床有效率。结果:治疗组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组NRS 及 NDI 评分均较前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组 NRS 及 NDI 评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:罗氏三步正骨法是减轻CSR患者疼痛症状和改善颈椎功能的一种简便高效的策略,值得在临床中推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Luo"s Three-Step Orthopedic Treatment in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Seventy patients diagnosed with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, who visited our outpatient clinic from January 2022 to January 2023, were randomly assigned to either the treatment group (treated with Luo"s Three-Step Orthopedic Treatment) or the control group (treated with massage techniques), with 35 patients in each group. Pain scores (NRS), Neck Disability Index (NDI), and the clinical effective rate were compared before and after treatment.Results The treatment group exhibited a significantly higher clinical effectiveness rate compared to the control group. (P<0.05). Following treatment, individuals in both groups experienced a decline in both NRS and NDI scores.(P<0.05). Moreover, post-treatment NRS and NDI scores in the treatment group were notably lower than in the control group. (P<0.05).Conclusion Luo"s Three-Step Orthopedic method emerges as a notably effective strategy in diminishing pain symptoms and enhancing cervical spine function among individuals with CSR, which is worth to be promoted and applied in the clinic. |
