| 目的 探讨胃癌组织中RUNX家族转录因子3(RUNX family transcription factor 3,RUNX3)蛋白表达情况及其与幽门螺杆菌(Helicobocton pyloni,HP)感染的相关性。方法 选取2020年1月～2023年1月在我院接受治疗的90例胃癌患者,80例癌前病变患者,100例慢性浅表性胃炎患者。收集病灶组织,免疫组织化学法检测RUNX3表达,快速尿素酶试验和改良Ciemsa法检测HP感染。结果 胃癌组织RUNX3蛋白阳性率低于癌前病变、慢性浅表性胃炎,差异均有统计学意义(x2=12.63,43.69,P <0.01)。癌前病变低于慢性浅表性胃炎,差异均有统计学意义(x2=9.26,P <0.01)。HP阳性胃癌、癌前病变及慢性浅表性胃炎组织RUNX3阳性表达率均低于HP阴性组织,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。胃癌组织、癌前病变组织和慢性浅表性胃炎组织RUNX3的表达水平与HP阳性率呈负相关(r=-0.683,-0.582,-0.701,P均<0.01)。结论 HP可能通过下调RUNX3表达参与了胃癌的发生发展。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression of RUNX family transcription factor 3 (RUNX3) protein in gastric cancer tissue and its correlation with Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. Method 90 patients with gastric cancer, 80 patients with precancerous lesions, and 100 patients with chronic superficial gastritis who received treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected. The lesion tissues were collected. The expression of RUNX3 was detected by immunohistochemistry. HP infection was detected by rapid urease test and improved Ciemsa method. Results The positive rate of RUNX3 protein in gastric cancer tissue was lower than that in precancerous lesions and chronic superficial gastritis (x2=12.63, 43.69, P<0.01). The positive rate of RUNX3 protein in precancerous lesions was lower than that in chronic superficial gastritis (x2=9.26, P<0.01). The positive expression rate of RUNX3 in HP positive gastric cancer, precancerous lesions, and chronic superficial gastritis tissues was lower than that in HP negative tissues, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). The expression level of RUNX3 in gastric cancer tissue, precancerous lesion tissue, and chronic superficial gastritis tissue was negatively correlated with the positive rate of HP (r=-0.683, -0.582, -0.701, P<0.01). Conclusion HP may participate in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer by down-regulating the expression of RUNX3. |
