      目前我国耐多药/耐利福平结核病(MDR/RR-TB)的防控形势十分严峻,及时并准确地诊断治疗MDR/RR-TB,将有助于遏制这一传染病的流行。药物敏感性试验是选择化学药物组成有效治疗MDR/RR-TB方案的基础。分子生物学技术是依托分子生物学发展而来的一门技术,已经应用到MDR/RR-TB的药物敏感性检测领域。现有研究显示,结核分枝杆菌/利福平耐药实时荧光定量核酸扩增、基因芯片/线性探针、二代基因测序、高分辨溶解曲线、核酸基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱等技术是临床上诊断MDR/RR-TB常用的分子生物学技术,可以为临床提供快速、精准的药物敏感性试验指导。本文总结了常用分子生物学技术诊断MDR/RR-TB的最新研究进展,表明分子生物学技术具有较高的临床推广应用的诊断价值。
英文摘要:
      Currently, the prevention and control situation of multi-drug or rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis (MDR/RR-TB) in China is very serious. Timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment of MDR/RR-TB will help to curb the epidemic of this infectious disease. Antimicrobial susceptibility test is the basis of selecting chemical drugs to effectively treat MDR/RR-TB. As for the Molecular biology technology, which is based on the development of molecular biology, has been applied to the field of drug sensitivity detection of MDR / RR-TB. Studies show that quantitative Real-time PCR of rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis, gene chip/linear probe, next-generation sequencing, high resolution melting assay, matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization–time of flight mass spectrometry are commonly used molecular biology techniques for clinical diagnosis of MDR/RR-TB, which can provide rapid and accurate drug sensitivity guidance for clinic. In this review, we summarize the latest research progress of MDR / RR-TB, indicating that molecular biology techniques have high diagnostic value for clinical promotion and application.
