| 《伤寒杂病论》与《金匮要略》对痰饮病的治疗均有详细记载,经方中的治痰方剂相当丰富。由于妇女生理病理的特异性,妇科疾病的痰因学说有其独特的内容。马大正主任运用仲景经方治疗妇科痰证,效如桴鼓。本文结合相关经方验案,分析马氏妇科治痰思路,为临床提供一些借鉴。 |

| Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases " and " Synopsis of Golden Chamber " have detailed records on the treatment of phlegm retention disease, and the prescriptions for treating phlegm in classical prescriptions are quite rich. Due to the specificity of women "s physiology and pathology, the phlegm theory of gynecological diseases has its unique content. Director Ma Dazheng used Zhongjing Jingfang to treat gynecological phlegm syndrome, and the effect was remarkable. Based on the relevant empirical cases, this paper analyzes the ideas of Ma "s gynecological phlegm treatment, and provides some reference for clinical practice. |
