| 摘要：目的：研究并分析中西医结合疗法在晚期青光眼手术后的临床治疗效果。
方法：选取60例晚期青光眼患者，30例（30只眼）予常规西医疗法作为对照组；另30例（30只眼）在使用西医疗法的基础上添加中药方剂口服治疗。观察治疗3个月后两组的平均视野缺损、眼压、视力及视觉生活质量改善情况，并比较两组临床治疗总体有效率、症状评分、住院天数、医疗费用等差异。
结果：研究组比对照组在眼压、平均视野缺损及视觉质量评分改善方面的临床治疗效果更好，P＜0.05；且中西医组相较于西医组在治疗方面表现出更高的总体效率，同时患者的住院天数更短且医疗费用更低，P＜0.05。
结论：中西医结合治疗在晚期青光眼的临床效果显著突出，且有利于减少住院时间和费用。 |

| Purpose: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrative therapy combining traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine in the treatment of advanced glaucoma.
Methods: A total of 60 patients (60 eyes) diagnosed with advanced glaucoma were randomly assigned to two groups. The Western Medicine Control group consisted of 30 patients (30 eyes), who received conventional Western medical therapy. The Integrative Medicine Research group comprised another 30 patients (30 eyes), who, in addition to using Western medicine to initially lower intraocular pressure to reduce the risk of postoperative complications, also underwent oral administration of a customized TCM formula. After a three-month treatment period, changes in mean visual field defects, intraocular pressure, and improvement in visual quality of life were assessed in both groups. Furthermore, differences in overall therapeutic effectiveness rates, symptom scores, hospital stay duration, and medical expenses between the two groups were compared.
Results: The Integrative Medicine group demonstrated significantly better clinical outcomes than the Western Medicine group in terms of decreased intraocular pressure, reduced mean visual field loss, and improved visual quality scores, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Additionally, the Integrative Medicine group had a higher overall therapeutic effectiveness rate, shorter hospital stays, and lower medical costs compared to the Western Medicine group, all with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: Integrative therapy of TCM and western medicine presents more pronounced clinical benefits for patients with advanced glaucoma and is associated with a reduction in hospitalization time and costs. |
