| 目的 采用 Meta分析的方法探讨老年骨质疏松与抑郁发生的相关性。方法 以骨质疏松(osteoporosis)、抑郁(depression/depressive disorder)、老年(Aged)为检索词,检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Embase、PubMed、Cochrane Library及 Web of science数据库。检索时间为各数据库建库至2022年6月。由2名研究员独立筛选文献、提取数据和评价纳入文献的质量。采用Stata14.0软件进行 Meta分析。结果 共有4 篇满足要求的文献纳入 Meta 分析,共包含研究对象88297例。结果显示,老年骨质疏松患者中抑郁患病率明显高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(OR=1.48,95%CI(1.44～1.53),P=0.000)。结论老年骨质疏松患者易合并抑郁症,在治疗老年骨质疏松患者时,应关注患者的精神状态。 |

| Objective:To investigate the relationship between senile osteoporosis and depression. Methods:Using osteoporosis, depression/depressive disorder and aged as search terms,we searched the China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wan fang, Chinese Bio Medical Literature(CBM), Vip Citation Databases(VIP), PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library and Science Citation Index databases from the time of database construction to A June,2022. Observational studies that aimed to investigate the relationship between senile osteoporosis and depression were collected. Two investigators independently screened the literature, extracted data and assessed the quality of included studies. All analyses were performed by using the Stata14.0 software. Results: A total of 4 studies, including 88297particpants, were included in this meta-analysis. Pooled results showed that patients with senile osteoporosis had a higer depression risk than controls(OR=1.48, 95%CI:1.44-1.53, P=0.000). Conclusions: Patients with senile osteoporosis should pay more attention to the screening of depression, which may improve the quality of life. |
