| [目的]基于宗气司呼吸，行气血，资元气三大生理功能，阐述陈卫建教授治疗晚期肺癌诸症的理论依据及诊疗经验，为中医药治疗肺癌提供新的思路。[方法]通过提炼出宗气在人体气血运行中的作用，根据肺癌损耗宗气，枢机不利的病理特点，陈卫建教授在晚期肺癌诸症治疗中的应用思路及配伍用药原则，并结合医案进行佐证。[结果]治疗肺癌诸症，首要明确肺癌的病理基础为宗气枢机失调，应以补益调畅宗气为先，在上以助宣利宗气，疏散肺热；在中以助贯通血脉，濡养心肺；在下以助滋养元气，交通心肾，文末附晚期肺癌病案一则。[结论]陈卫建教授基于宗气理论治疗晚期肺癌诸症，临床疗效显著，具有切实可行性。 |

| [Objective] Based on the three physiological functions of zongqi Department, the theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment experience of Professor Chen Weijian in the treatment of advanced lung cancer, so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods] By extracting the role of zong qi in the movement of qi and blood in the human body, according to the adverse pathological characteristics of lung cancer and the loss of zong qi, professor Chen Weijian's application in the treatment of advanced lung cancer, and combined with medical cases.[Results] In the treatment of lung cancer, the pathological basis of lung cancer is the disorder, which should be the first, and treat the above middle and lower three parts to help penetrate the blood, nourish the heart and lung; nourish the vitality, and nourish the traffic heart and kidney, including a case of advanced lung cancer.[Conclusion] Professor Chen Weijian is based on the theory of zong qi for the treatment of advanced lung cancer, with partial treatment and proper compatibility. Drugs can act on the disease faster, with quick effect and remarkable clinical effect. |
