| [目的]探索多种模式弹性成像技术在鉴别诊断乳腺良恶性病灶中的研究价值。[方法]回顾性选取2021年12月至2023年9月在浙江萧山医院行术前乳腺超声检查的100个乳腺病灶为研究对象,以术后病理为金标准,分为良性组和恶性组。整理入组病例的BI-RADS分级、EI评分、EI面积比和最大直径比、VTI评分、VTIQ最大值和平均值,分析这些数据与良恶性之间的关系。[结果]在100个乳腺病灶中,良性45例,恶性55例。单变量分析显示,BI-RADS分级、EI评分、EI面积比、EI最大直径比、VTI评分、VTIQ最大值及VTIQ平均值均与乳腺良恶性病灶的鉴别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且三种弹性技术的联合使用(灵敏度87.3%,特异度88.9%,准确度88%),诊断准确率高于单一技术。[结论]EI、VTI、VTIQ三种技术的联合使用,可提高乳腺良恶性病灶的鉴别诊断效能,值得临床推广应用。 |

| [Purpose] To explore the research value of multiple mode elastography techniques in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. [Method] A retrospective study was conducted on 100 breast lesions that underwent preoperative breast ultrasound examination at Zhejiang Xiaoshan Hospital from December 2021 to September 2023. The lesions were divided into benign and malignant groups based on postoperative pathology as the gold standard. Organize the BI-RADS grade, the EI score, EI area ratio and maximum diameter ratio, VTI score, VTIQ maximum value and average value of the enrolled cases, and analyze the relationship between these data and malignancy. [Result]Among 100 breast lesions, 45 were benign and 55 were malignant. Univariate analysis showed that the BI-RADS grade, the EI score, EI area ratio, EI maximum diameter ratio, VTI score, VTIQ maximum value, and VTIQ mean value all had statistical significance in distinguishing between benign and malignant breast lesions (P<0.05). Moreover, the combined use of three elastic techniques (sensitivity 87.3%, specificity 88.9%, accuracy 88%) resulted in higher diagnostic accuracy than a single technique. [Conclusion] The combined use of EI, VTI, and VTIQ techniques can improve the differential diagnostic efficiency of benign and malignant breast lesions, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
