| :退行性腰椎滑脱症(DLS)是目前老龄化社会的常见疾病,微创经椎间孔腰椎椎间融合术(MIS-TLIF)近些年在治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症中取得了良好的效果。相对于传统开放手术,MIS-TLIF具有创伤小,术中出血量少,住院时间短,术后康复时间快等优势,MIS-TLIF是当前治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症成熟的手术方式。当然,它也存在术中辐射量大,学习曲线陡峭等不足之处,本文将从手术入路、相关适应症、内固定方式不同及融合器的选择来阐述MIS-TLIF治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的研究进展,以期对MIS-TLIF治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症有一定的指导。 |

| Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis ( DLS ) is a common disease in the aging society. Minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion ( MIS-TLIF ) has achieved good results in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis in recent years. Compared with traditional open surgery, MIS-TLIF has the advantages of less trauma, less intraoperative blood loss, shorter hospital stay, and faster postoperative recovery. MIS-TLIF is a mature surgical method for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis. Of course, it also has some shortcomings such as large intraoperative radiation and steep learning curve. This article will elaborate the research progress of MIS-TLIF in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis from the surgical approach, related indications, different internal fixation methods and the selection of fusion cages, in order to provide some guidance for MIS-TLIF in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis. |
