| [目的]观察何氏加减瓜石汤联合优思明治疗非超重型多囊卵巢综合征(阴虚血燥证)的临床疗效。[方法]将110例非超重型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为两组,观察组予何氏加减瓜石汤联合优思明治疗,对照组予优思明治疗,疗程均为3个月,比较两组治疗前和停药后第3个月的血清性激素水平、B超下卵巢体积和小卵泡个数、中医证候积分。[结果]两组停药后第3个月血清LH、LH/FSH、T、小卵泡个数、中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(P＜0.05)；FSH较治疗前无差异(P＞0.05)；观察组E2水平较治疗前无差异(P＞0.05),对照组E2水平较治疗前下降(P＜0.05)；观察组的卵巢体积较治疗前缩小(P＜0.05),对照组的卵巢体积较治疗前无差异(P＜0.05)。停药后第3个月两组间比较,观察组LH、LH/FSH、T、卵巢体积、小卵泡个数、中医证候积分均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率75.51%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。[结论]何氏加减瓜石汤联合优思明能有效改善非超重型多囊卵巢综合征患者的性激素水平、卵巢体积、小卵泡个数和临床症状,值得临床推广应用。 |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of He"s Jiajian Guashi decoction combined with Yasmin in the treatment of non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome (Yin deficiency and blood dryness syndrome).[Methods] 110 cases of non-obese PCOS patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with He"s Jiajian GuaShi Decoction combined with Yasmin, and the control group was treated with Yasmin for 3 months. The serum reproductive hormone levels, ovarian volume and number of small follicles under B-ultrasound and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before treatment and 3 months after drug discontinuation.[Results] Serum LH, LH/FSH, T, number of small follicles and TCM syndrome score in 2 groups at 3 months after drug withdrawal were all decreased compared with before treatment (P < 0.05). There was no difference in FSH before treatment (P > 0.05). The level of E2 in the observation group had no difference compared with before treatment (P > 0.05), and the level of E2 in the control group was decreased compared with before treatment (P < 0.05). The ovarian volume of the observation group was reduced compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05), while that of the control group was not different compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05). At 3 months after drug withdrawal, LH, LH/FSH, T, ovarian volume, number of small follicles and TCM syndrome score in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 91.67% in the observation group and 75.51% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] He"s Jiajian GuaShi Decoction combined with Yasmin can effectively improve the level of reproductive hormone, ovarian volume, number of small follicles and clinical symptoms of non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome patients, which is worthy of clinical application. |
