| 目的：应用复杂网络和关联规则方法挖掘中医药治疗反流性食管炎的核心用药及配伍规律。方法：广泛检索中文数据库中关于中医药治疗反流性食管炎的临床研究文献，提取中药处方建立数据库，应用复杂网络方法挖掘核心用药，并结合Apriori关联规则方法挖掘配伍规律。结果：纳入符合标准的文献411篇并提取完整效方411张，涉及中药176味，其中26味构成核心用药网络；关联规则分析得到唯一六药关联——黄连、吴茱萸、半夏、柴胡、白芍、甘草；常用药对包括半夏-黄连、黄连-吴茱萸、柴胡-白芍、半夏-旋覆花、甘草-党参、半夏-黄芩。结论：中医治疗RE的核心用药与胃食管反流病的证型契合，研究挖掘的六药组合可作为疏肝和胃降逆法的常用配伍，实践中根据辨证结论结合核心用药化裁，可执简驭繁，为临床遣方用药提供参考。 |

| Objective: To explore the medication rules and compatibility law of Chinese medicine in the treatment of reflux Esophagitis by using complex network and association rule method. Methods: The clinical research literatures on the treatment of reflux esophagitis with traditional Chinese medicine in the Chinese database was extensively searched, the Chinese medicine prescriptions were extracted, the database was established and formatted, and the core prescriptions were mined by integrating the Complex network method with the self-designed software and combining the association rule method in the SPSS modeler. Results: Result: 411 literature on the treatment of reflux esophagitis with traditional Chinese medicine that met the standards were included, and 411 complete effective formulas were extracted, involving 176 traditional Chinese medicines. Among them, 26 herbs formed the core drug network, and association rule analysis revealed the only six drug associations - Huanglian, Wuzhuyu, Banxia, Chaihu, Baishao, and Licorice; Common medicinal pairs include Banxia & Huanglian, Huanglian & Wuzhuyu, Chaihu & Baishao, Banxia & Xuanfuhua, Licorice & Dangshen, Banxia & Huangqin. Conclusion: The core drugs used in traditional Chinese medicine for treating RE are in line with the syndrome types of gastroesophageal reflux disease. The six drug combinations studied and excavated can be used as common combinations of liver soothing and stomach descending methods. In practice, based on the conclusions of syndrome differentiation combined with core drug differentiation, they can be simplified and complex, providing reference for clinical prescription medication. |
