| 目的：观察加味麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的疗效。方法：将住院的66例AECOPD患者，随机分为对照组32例，观察组34例。对照组给予西医常规治疗，并以布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合加味麻杏石甘汤，7天后对比两组肺功能、炎症因子、症状改善时间及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组治疗后第 1 秒时间肺活量 (FEV1)，呼气流量峰值（PEF）上升优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组C-反应蛋白（CRP）、降钙素原（PCT）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）相比对照组更低（P＜0.05）；观察组症状改善时间短于对照组 (P＜0.05) ，且不良反应无明显增加（P＞0.05）。结论：加味麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗能够显著改善AECOPD患者的肺功能指标，降低炎症因子，缓解临床症状，且未增加明显不良反应。 |

| Objective: Observe the curative effect of added Maxingshigan Decoction combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD（AECOPD）. Methods: 66 hospitalized patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into a control group (32 cases) and an observation group (34 cases). The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment and budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment. The observation group combined with added Maxingshigan decoction based on the observation group. After 7 days of treatment, the lung function, inflammatory factors, symptom improvement time and adverse effects of the two groups were compared. Reaction incidence. Results: After treatment,，FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). CRP, PCT and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Symptom improvement time of the observation group was better than the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Added MaxingShigan Decoction combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment can significantly improve the pulmonary function indexes, reduce inflammatory response, and accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms in patients with AECOPD without increasing obvious adverse reactions. |
