      目的:探讨首发精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢水平与IL-17、CRP、TNF-α的相关性。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年9月我院收治的首发精神分裂症患者86例为观察组,按1:1原则选取同期医院健康体检者86人为对照组。比较不同组别研究对象糖脂代谢水平与IL-17、CRP、TNF-α水平差异,采用 pearson相关分析探究糖脂代谢水平与IL-17、CRP、TNF-α的相关性。结果:两组 FBG值(5.93±1.17 vs 5.72±1.15)比较(P>0.05),观察组FINS(14.32±2.49 vs 7.37±1.64)、HOMA-IR值(2.38±0.55 vs 1.39±0.34)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组 TC(4.74±1.29 vs 4.62±1.50)、TG值(1.33±0.47 vs 1.24±0.44)比较(P>0.05),观察组HDL值(0.96±0.15 vs 1.17±0.22)低于对照组、LDL值(3.11±0.95 vs 2.45±0.76)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清IL-17(7.27±1.10 vs 4.34±0.75)、CRP(4.50±1.30 vs 2.65±0.70)、TNF-α(44.28±5.25 vs 30.23±4.06)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。采用 Pearson相关分析探究糖脂代谢水平与IL-17、CRP、TNF-α的相关性,结果发现,FINS、HOMA-IR、LDL与IL-17、CRP、TNF-α水平呈显著正相关,HDL与IL-17、CRP、TNF-α水平呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:首发精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢水平异常,且与IL-17、CRP、TNF-α水平存在显著相关性,提示这些炎症因子可能参与了糖脂代谢的紊乱过程。

      Objective: To investigate the correlation of glucose and lipid metabolism with interleukin-17 (IL-17), C-reactive protein (CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 86 patients with first-episode schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 86 healthy people in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group according to the principle of 1:1. The differences of glucose and lipid metabolism levels and IL-17, CRP, and TNF-α levels in different groups were compared. pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between glucose and lipid metabolism levels and IL-17, CRP, and TNF-α. Results: The levels of FINS (14.32±2.49 vs 7.37±1.64) and HOMA-IR (2.38±0.55 vs 1.39±0.34) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). TC (4.74±1.29 vs 4.62±1.50) and TG (1.33±0.47 vs 1.24±0.44) were compared between the two groups (P>0.05). The HDL value of the observation group (0.96±0.15 vs 1.17±0.22) was lower than that of the control group, and the LDL value (3.11±0.95 vs 2.45±0.76) was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group, serum IL-17 (7.27±1.10 vs 4.34±0.75), CRP (4.50±1.30 vs 2.65±0.70), TNF-α (44.28±5.25 vs 30.23±4.06) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) . Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between glucose and lipid metabolism levels and IL-17, CRP, TNF-α. The results showed that FINS, HOMA-IR, LDL were significantly positively correlated with IL-17, CRP, TNF-α levels. HDL was negatively correlated with IL-17, CRP and TNF-α levels (P<0.05). Conclusion: The levels of glucose and lipid metabolism are abnormal in first-episode schizophrenia patients, which are significantly correlated with the levels of IL-17, CRP, and TNF-α, suggesting that these inflammatory factors may be involved in the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism.
