| 目的 研究腹部5法治疗婴幼儿伤食型腹泻的临床疗效。方法 选择2022年7月至2023年6月在我院接受治疗的60例伤食型腹泻患儿，按照随机数表法进行分组，对照组30例给予常规西药治疗，治疗组30例给予腹部5法治疗，两组均治疗1周。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前、治疗1周后CRP、中医主要证候积分、中医次要症状的变化情况。结果 总有效率（73.33% VS 96.67%）相比，治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗1周后CRP、中医主要证候积分及次要证候积分各项指标评分均显著降低，且治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 腹部5法治疗婴幼儿伤食型腹泻疗效确切，可有效减轻伤食型腹泻患儿肠道炎症反应，促进恢复。 |

| Objective To study the clinical effect of abdominal 5 method in the treatment of infantile injury-feeding diarrhea. Methods 60 children suffered from injury-feeding diarrhea who received treatment in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were divided into groups according to random number table method. 30 children in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment, and 30 children in the study group received abdominal 5-method treatment. Both groups were treated for 1 week. The clinical efficacy and the changes of TCM syndrome scores, intestinal flora and immune function before and after 1 week of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate (73.33% VS 96.67%) was higher in the study group (P < 0.05). After 1 week of treatment,the level of CRP andthe scores of TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly decreased, and the scores of the study group were lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion Abdominal 5 method is effective in the treatment of infantile-injury-feeding diarrhea, which can effectively reduce symptoms and promote recovery. It has significant advantages and is worthy of further promotion and use. |
