| 目的：研究分析脑电生物反馈治疗仪与布南色林联合治疗对精神分裂症老年患者认知功能及生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院收治的老年精神分裂症患者155例作为研究对象，按随机分组法，将其分为77例对照组、78例研究组，所选取年限为2020年8月-2022 年8月。对照组采用布南色林治疗，研究组采用布南色林联合脑电生物反馈治疗仪进行治疗，检测两组患者认知功能、社会功能、生活质量、神经营养因子、不良反应。结果：治疗后，与治疗前相比，两组完成分类数评分、日常生活能力评分、动性和交往情况评分、社会性活动技能评分、总分及神经营养因子水平均上升，但持续错误数评分、心理社会评分、动机与精力评分、症状/副反应降低（P＜0.05），与对照组相比，研究组生活质量、社会功能、神经营养因子、完成分类数评分较高，但持续错误数评分较低（P＜0.05）。而两组不良反应发生率相比，研究组11.54%较高于对照组5.19%，但无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论：脑电生物反馈治疗仪联合布南色林，可提升精神分裂症老年患者认知功能、生活质量，并改善其社会功能，使用效果较好。 |

| Objective:To study the effects of combined treatment with EEG biofeedback apparatus and bunanserin on cognitive function and quality of life in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods:155 elderly patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects.By randomization,They were divided into 77 control groups,Study group of 78 cases,The selected period is from August 2020 to August 2022.The control group was treated with bunanserin.The study group was treated with bunanserin combined with EEG biofeedback apparatus.Cognitive function, social function, quality of life, neurotrophic factor and adverse reactions were detected in the two groups.Results:After treatment, compared to before treatment,Two groups completed classification number score,Daily living ability score,Mobility and interaction scores,Social activity skills score,Total score and neurotrophic factor levels increased,However, persistent error score, psychosocial score, motivation and energy score, symptom/side effect were decreased (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, the study group's quality of life,Social function, neurotrophic factor, complete classification number score was higher,However, the score of persistent errors was lower (P < 0.05).Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups,The study group 11.54% was higher than the control group 5.19%, but there was no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of EEG biofeedback therapy instrument and Brennserin can improve cognitive function, quality of life, and social function in elderly patients with schizophrenia, and the use effect is good. |
