| 【胰岛素抵抗（insulin resistance，IR）是靶器官代谢过程中胰岛素功能的紊乱状态，对女性激素水平、卵泡发育过程、子宫内膜功能、胎盘功能等产生影响，增加不孕风险，近年来研究发现与异位脂质堆积、线粒体功能障碍、氧化应激、肠道菌群失衡、慢性低度炎症及内质网应激等多种因素有关。本文通过综述IR相关性不孕症的发病机制，以期为IR相关性不孕的诊疗提供理论依据。】 |

| Insulin resistance (IR) is a dysfunctional state of insulin function in the metabolic process of target organs, which affects female hormone levels, follicular developmental process, endometrial function, and placental function, and increases the risk of infertility. In recent years, IR has been found to be associated with various factors, such as ectopic lipid accumulation, mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, imbalance of intestinal flora, chronic low-grade inflammation, and endoplasmic reticulum stress and many other factors. In this paper, we review the pathogenesis of IR-associated infertility in order to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of IR-associated infertility. |
