| 【】目的:追踪并评估社会支持情况对急性期治疗有效抑郁症患者巩固期服药依从性的影响。方法:选取2022年4月-2023年4月间于我院行抑郁症急性期足疗程治疗并有效的抑郁症患者229例,追踪其巩固期(9个月)末的服药依从性情况,并以中文版Morisky服药依从性量表评分为标准将研究对象分为依从性不良组116例和依从性良好组113例。组间比较患者社会支持情况及其他研究因素差异,并将组间差异有统计学意义的研究因素进一步行Logistic回归分析(研究结局以“依从性不良”=1),探讨多因素条件下,社会支持水平对急性期治疗有效抑郁症患者巩固期服药依从性的影响。结果:多因素条件下,主观支持、客观支持以及支持利用度均对患者巩固期服药依从性具有显著影响,Exp(B)分别为0.723、0.672和0.693。其他因素中,对研究结局产生影响的因素包括医疗费用支付方式(自费)、不良反应(1-3种)以及病程,Exp(B)分别为2.991、2.972和1.108。结论:急性期治疗有效抑郁症患者的社会支持水平及患者对社会支持的利用程度均对其巩固期服药依从性产生显著影响。 |

| 【】Objective :To track and evaluate the effect of social support on medication compliance in patients with acute treatment of effective depression during consolidation period.Methods : From April 2022 to April 2023,229 patients with depression who were treated with full-course treatment in the acute phase of depression in our hospital and were effective were selected. The medication compliance at the end of the consolidation period ( 9 months ) was tracked, and the Chinese version of the Morisky medication compliance scale was used as the standard. The subjects were divided into 116 cases in the poor compliance group and 113 cases in the good compliance group. The differences in social support and other research factors between the groups were compared, and the factors with statistically significant differences between the groups were further analyzed by Logistic regression analysis ( the outcome of the study was " poor compliance " = 1 ). To explore the effect of social support level on the medication compliance of patients with acute depression in the consolidation period under multi-factor conditions.Results:Under multi-factor conditions, subjective support, objective support and support utilization all had significant effects on patients " medication compliance during consolidation period, Exp ( B ) were 0.723,0.672 and 0.693, respectively. Among the other factors, the factors affecting the outcome of the study included the payment method of medical expenses ( at their own expense ), adverse reactions ( 1-3 ) and course of disease, Exp ( B ) were 2.991,2.972 and 1.108, respectively.Conclusion:The level of social support and the degree of utilization of social support in patients with effective depression in the acute phase have a significant impact on their medication compliance in the consolidation phase. |
