| 摘要 目的:观察Rood技术联合互动式头针治疗缺血性卒中后上肢感觉及运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年10月~2023年10月浙江省嘉兴市中医医院康复科及神经科收治住院的90例缺血性卒中患者,随机将患者分为三组,每组30例,常规组进行Rood技术治疗,对照组进行互动式头针治疗,观察组进行Rood技术联合互动式头针治疗,对比三组患者治疗前后的感觉、运动功能、神经功能缺损等疗效情况。结果:三组患者治疗前Fugl-Meyer评分、Lindmark感觉功能评分、NIHSS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,常规组Lindmark感觉功能评分高于对照组,对照组Fugl-Meyer评分高于常规组,常规组和对照组NIHSS评分无明显差异,观察组Fugl-Meyer评分、Lindmark感觉功能评分均高于常规组和对照组,NIHSS评分均低于常规组和对照组,功能改善更明显,三组患者Fugl-Meyer评分、Lindmark感觉功能评分、NIHSS评分均较治疗前改善,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:Rood技术联合互动式头针治疗更能有效改善缺血性卒中后上肢感觉及运动功能障碍,具有临床应用价值,值得推广。 |

| Abstract Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Rood technology combined with interactive head acupuncture in the treatment of upper limb sensory and motor dysfunction after ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 90 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the rehabilitation department and Neurology Department of Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into three groups,with 30 patients in each group. The conventional group received Rood technology treatment,the control group received interactive head acupuncture treatment,and the observation group received Rood technology combined with interactive head acupuncture treatment,and the three groups were compared The effects of sensory,motor and neurological deficits before and after treatment.Results:There were no significant differences in Fugl-Meyer score,Lindmark sensory function score and NIHSS score among the three groups before treatment(allP>0.05).After treatment,the Lindmark sensory function score of the conventional group was higher than that of the control group,the Fugl-Meyer score of the control group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the NIHSS score of the conventional group and the control group had no significant difference; the Fugl-Meyer score and Lindmark sensory function score of the observation group were higher than that of the conventional group and the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than the normal group The functional improvement was more obvious in the control group and the control group,and the Fugl-Meyer score,Lindmark sensory function score and NIHSS score of the three groups were improved compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(allP<0.05).Conclusion:Rood technology combined with interactive head acupuncture therapy can effectively improve upper limb sensory and motor dysfunction after ischemic stroke,which has clinical application value and is worth promoting. |
