| 慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)是临床常见疾病,其起病隐匿,病因多样,病情复杂,常伴有多系统受累。肌少症是CKD常见的并发症之一又是其预后不良的独立危险因素,临床主要表现为骨骼肌质量、力量和功能的逐步丧失。CKD合并肌少症在中医上与脾肾亏虚关系最为密切。本文就近年来中西医对CKD合并肌少症的发病机制及治疗策略进行综述。 |

| Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a common clinical disease with insidious onset, diverse etiology, complexity and multi-system involvement. Hypomelanosis is one of the common complications of CKD and an independent risk factor for poor prognosis of CKD, which is mainly manifested by the gradual loss of skeletal muscle mass, strength and function.In Chinese medicine, hypomelanosis in CKD is most closely related to deficiency of spleen and kidney.This article provides a review of the pathogenesis and therapeutic strategies of CKD combined with sarcopenia in Chinese and Western medicine in recent years. |
