| 【】目的:探究标本配穴针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:选取浙江丽水市中医院2022年2月~2023年8月收治的71例DPN患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组(35例)与观察组(36例)。对照组予以甲钴胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合标本配穴针灸治疗,均治疗4周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后临床症状严重程度[多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分]、神经传导速度[运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、经传导速度(SNCV)]、炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)α、白介素(IL)1β、γ干扰素(IFN)]、血液流变学指标(全血黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原)。结果:治疗4周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),两组各项TCSS评分、TNF-α、IL-1β水平、全血黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原均降低,且观察组降低幅度均高于对照组(P＜0.05)；MNCV、SNCV、IFN-γ水平均升高,且观察组升幅均于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论:基于西药治疗联合标本配穴针灸治疗DPN,可有效调节患者血流情况及炎症指标水平,进而改善神经传导速度,缓解临床症状。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion with Biao-Ben acupoints compatibility on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods: 71 patients with DPN admitted to Lishui Hospital of TCM, Zhejiang Province from February 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number method, they were divided into control group (35 cases) and observation group (36 cases). The control group was treated with mecobalamin, while the observation group was combined with acupuncture and moxibustion with Biao-Ben acupoints compatibility on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy after treatment, severity of clinical symptoms [Toronto clinical scoring system (TCSS)], nerve conduction velocity [motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV), sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV)], inflammatory indicators [tumor necrosis factor (TNF) α, interleukin (IL) 1β, γ interferon (IFN-γ)] and hemorheological indicators (whole blood viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, fibrinogen) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The scores of items of TCSS, TNF-α, IL-1β, whole blood viscosity, plasma specific viscosity and fibrinogen were decreased in both groups, and the decreases in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The MNCV and SNCV and common peroneal nerve and IFN-γ were increased, and the increases were higher in observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on western medicine treatment, acupuncture and moxibustion with Biao-Ben acupoints compatibility for DPN can effectively regulate the blood flow status and inflammatory indicators of patients, thereby improving nerve conduction velocity and alleviating clinical symptoms. |
