| 目的 探讨健脾助长方对脾虚型特发性矮小症患儿的临床疗效。方法 收集2022年4月至2023年12月于杭州师范大学附属医院小儿内分泌门诊及中医儿科门诊就诊的脾虚型ISS患儿,根据家长及患儿治疗意见分为健脾助长方组39例、rhGH组33例、常规营养组36例。根据实际入组完成情况,最终三组各30人,共90人。三组均给予生活方式指导宣教。健脾助长方组给予健脾助长方草药水煎服治疗,rhGH组给予rhGH治疗,常规营养组给予常规营养干预。3组患儿观察周期均为6个月；记录三组治疗后体质量增长值、身高增长值、生长速率；比较三组治疗前后生长速率、类胰岛素样生长因子、骨龄变化,并记录安全指标、不良反应。 结果 健脾助长方能有效改善患儿身高、提高生长速率，提高类胰岛素样生长因子，不会加速骨龄进展。结论 在治疗ISS上健脾助长方具有明确效果,可以为广大矮小症或偏矮儿童提供治疗选择。 |

| 【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Zhuzhang decoction on children with idiopathic short stature (ISS).【Methods】From 2021 to 2023,a total group of 90 ISS children with spleen deficiency treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University were divided into Jianpi Zhuzhang decoction group (group A), recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) group (group B), and conventional nutrition group (group C) according to the treatment opinions based on actual enrollment situation. All three groups were given lifestyle guidance and conventional nutrient treatment. Besides, Group A was given Jianpi Zhuzhang decoction treatment, group B was given rhGH treatment, and group C was given no chinese medicine nor rhGH intervention. The observation period of the three groups was 6 months. The height (Ht), weight growth (△Wt), height growth (△Ht) and growth rate (GV) of three groups were recorded after treatment. Bone age (BA), insulin like growth factor-1(IGF-1), safety indexes and adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment.【Results】Both Jianpi Zhuzhang decoction and rhGH could increase the growth rate of children, and rhGH seems more effective. For boosting IGF-1 level of the patients, growth hormone was obviously superior to Jianpi Zhuzhang decoction. There was no statistical difference among 3 groups before and after treatment in the growth of BA.【Conclusion】Jianpi Zhuzhang decoction also has a convincing effect, which can provide an alternative choice for ISS or short children. |
