| 【】 目的 探讨《江氏伤科方书》中治伤方剂的用药规律。方法 筛选符合纳入标准的处方建立数据库，运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行关联规则分析，采用SPSS statistics 26.0软件进行药物频数统计和聚类分析。结果 共收集69首方剂，其中内服方剂48首、外用方剂21首，共涉及172味中药。内服中药132味，累计使用频次483次，使用频次≥6的中药共28味，居于前5位的中药依次为当归、川芎、乳香、大黄、甘草；外用中药109味，累计使用频次227次，使用频次≥4的中药共10味，居于前3的中药依次为乳香、当归、肉桂。 结论 本次数据挖掘结果表明，《江氏伤科方书》中治疗伤科的药物的性味多采用性温、味辛为主，药物的归经以肝、心、脾经为主。内服方中的核心药物组合以散瘀定痛、消肿生肌、补益肝肾、活血补血、散寒除湿、理气健脾药物为主，外用方中的核心药物组合以活血祛风、温筋通脉、散瘀定痛、消肿生肌、通经透骨药物为主。其用药规律符合损者温之、结者散之、按穴诊治的治伤思想。 |

| 【】 OBJECTIVE To explore the medication pattern of injury treatment prescriptions in Jiang"s Book of Injury Formulas. METHODS The prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were screened to establish a database, and the IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used for association rule analysis, and SPSS statistics 26.0 software was used for drug frequency statistics and cluster analysis.RESULTS A total of 69 formulas were collected, including 48 formulas for internal use and 21 formulas for external use, involving a total of 172 Chinese herbal medicines. There were 132 Chinese herbal medicines for internal use, with a cumulative frequency of use of 483 times. 28 Chinese herbal medicines were used with a frequency of use of ≥6, and the top 5 Chinese herbal medicines were Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong ligustici, Boswellia serrata, Rhubarb, and Licorice, in that order;There were 109 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines for external use, with a cumulative use frequency of 227 times. 10 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines were used with a frequency of ≥4, and the top 3 traditional Chinese medicines were frankincense, angelica sinensis, and cinnamon, in that order.In this data mining, the drug flavors were mainly warm and pungent in nature. CONCLUSION? The results of this data mining showed that the sexual flavors of the drugs used to treat injuries in Jiang"s Book of Injury Formulas were mostly warm and pungent in nature, and the meridians of the drugs were mainly the liver, heart, and spleen meridians.The core drug combinations in the internal formula are mainly to dissipate blood stasis, eliminate swelling and regenerate muscle, tonify the liver and kidney, invigorate blood, dispel cold and remove dampness, and regulate qi and strengthen the spleen, while the core drug combinations in the external formula are mainly to invigorate blood and dispel wind, warm the tendons and open up the veins, dissipate blood stasis and relieve pain, eliminate swelling and regenerate muscle, and open the meridians and penetrate the bones. The law of medication is in line with the idea of treating injuries by warming the damaged, dispersing the knots and treating according to the acupuncture points. |
