| 目的：探讨胸膜下肺结核超声造影模式特征与病理结果的关系
方法：对68例本组病例的患者进行超声造影检查，根据造影增强模式不同，对相应的部位进行穿刺活检，将造影特征与病理结果对照分析。
结果：68例患者中超声造影表现内部不均匀增强39例（57.3%），多于内部均匀增强及不增强，病理表现为增生的肉芽组织伴局灶干酪样坏死；周边环形增强47（69.1%），多于周边无环形增强；内部不均匀增强合并周边环形增强的有32例（47.1%）。
结论：内部不均匀增强、周边环形增强是胸膜下肺结核超声造影的主要表现，超声造影表现能确切反映其病理改变，其超声造影模式以内部不均匀增强合并周边环形增强的为最典型。 |

| Objective: To investigate the relationship between the contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) imaging characteristics of subpleural pulmonary tuberculosis and corresponding pathological results.
Methods: Based on the CEUS enhancement patterns observed in 68 cases, targeted biopsy was performed on the corresponding regions. The imaging characteristics were then correlated with pathological findings.
Results: Among the 68 patients, 39 cases (57.3%) exhibited heterogeneous internal enhancement on CEUS, which was more prevalent than homogeneous internal enhancement (17.6%) and non-enhancement (25%). Peripheral ring enhancement was observed in 47 cases (69.1%), compared to 30.9% without peripheral ring enhancement. The combination of heterogeneous internal enhancement and peripheral ring enhancement was seen in 32 cases (47.1%), with pathological findings revealing proliferative granulomatous tissue with focal caseous necrosis.
Conclusion: Heterogeneous internal enhancement and peripheral ring enhancement are the primary CEUS features of subpleural pulmonary tuberculosis, with their combination being the most characteristic. These imaging features reflect underlying pathological changes. |
