| 目的:探究浙派中医杨氏内科基于清肺化痰理论运用对药和角药的经验。 方法:通过仔细整理杨氏内科相关著作及临证病案,从病机及用药特色等方面论述杨氏内科治疗肺系疾病的经验,并附验案一则以资佐证。结果:杨氏内科治疗肺系疾病,以痰热为根本病机,认为痰热不仅是病理产物,还是新的致病因素,贯穿疾病始终,故治疗上注重清肺化痰,并兼理气机使火散痰消,兼顾脾胃以防寒凉败胃,灵活配伍多组对药和角药,获效尤佳。结论:治疗肺系疾病,把握住痰热这一病机,运用对药和角药加减进行辨证施治,取得了可观的临床疗效,值得同道借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the experience of Zhejiang Yang's school of traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of clearing Lung heat and resolving phlegm applying common pairs and corners of traditional Chinese medicine.
[Methods] Through review of related clinical medical records and literature, this paper summarizes the the etiology, pathogenesis and medication characteristics of Yang’s internal medicine in respiratory disease.
[Results] In view of the fact?that phlegm-heat is the core pathogenesis of lung diseases,Yang’s internal medicine flexibly applies pairs and corners of traditional Chinese medicine. In the treatment, clearing?away lung heat and?resolving phlegm,combined with regulating the flow of Qi, nourishing the spleen and stomach are considered as the effective principles of treatment in clinical practice.
[Conclusion] The treatment experience of Yang's school in respiratory diseases based on phlegm-heat is verified, which is worth learning. |
