| 慢性前列腺炎属本虚标实证,其本虚多责脾虚和肾虚,标实包括湿热、瘀血、气滞等,尤其湿热瘀结是引发本病尿道灼热、尿痛的关键因素。通法具有丰富内涵,凡有助于气血运行、有利于恢复机体正常生理状态的方法,皆属通法范畴。慢性前列腺炎病位在精室,属于奇恒之腑范畴,具有“腑以通为用”的特点,因此运用通法治疗本病尤为适宜,可分为清热利湿、活血化瘀、提壶揭盖、疏肝解郁、以补为通、灌肠通腑等,临床中常获良效。 |

| Chronic prostatitis is a syndrome of primary deficiency, which is mainly due to spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency. The symptoms include dampness-heat, blood stasis, qi stagnation, etc. Especially, dampness-heat stasis is the key factor that causes urethral burning and urinalgia in this disease. Tongfa has rich connotation, and all the methods that are conducive to the movement of qi and blood and the restoration of the normal physiological state of the body belong to the category of Tongfa. Chronic prostatitis disease is located in the Jing chamber, belongs to the strange constant fu-organ category, with the characteristics of "fu-organ to Tong for use", so the use of Tong method to treat the disease is particularly suitable, can be divided into clearing heat and dampness, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, lifting pot to cover, soothing liver and relieving depression, tonifying as Tong, enema tong Fu, etc., clinical often good effect. |
