| 肥胖的发病率逐年上升并在在心血管疾病、糖尿病等多种疾病的发生和进展中产生严重负面效应,其中以腹型肥胖的危害最为显著。然而,现有的肥胖评估方法如BMI、腰围等常存在准确度欠缺；MRI和CT等存在辐射、使用不便等局限。因此,近年来许多学者也致力于探究新的肥胖评估方法。本文综述了国内外对超声检测腹部脂肪的研究,发现其具有准确性、可重复性,相较于传统肥胖评估方法更具优越性。但目前该方法仍存在操作未规范、标准未统一等问题,尚有较大发展空间。本文为超声检测腹部脂肪提供建议流程,以希望超声检测腹部脂肪能在临床上得到更好运用。然而对于超声检测腹部脂肪在肥胖中的诊断标准,仍需要大量临床试验。 |

| The incidence of obesity is increasing year by year and has a serious negative effect in the occurrence and progression of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and other diseases, among which abdominal obesity is the most significant harm. However, the accuracy of existing obesity assessment methods such as BMI and waist circumference is often lacking. MRI and CT have limitations such as radiation and inconvenience. Therefore, in recent years, many scholars have devoted themselves to exploring new obesity assessment methods. This paper reviews the research on abdominal fat detection by ultrasound at home and abroad. It is found that ultrasound is accurate, reproducible and superior to traditional obesity assessment methods. But at present, the method still has some problems such as unstandardized operation and ununified standards, and there is still a large space for development. This article provides a recommended procedure for ultrasonic detection of abdominal fat, hoping that ultrasonic detection of abdominal fat can be better used in clinic. However, the diagnostic criteria for ultrasound detection of abdominal fat in obesity still need a large number of clinical trials. |
