| 目的 通过数据挖掘分析刘强教授治疗冠心病的组方用药特点及规律。方法 筛选2018年6月至2023年6月就诊于浙江省中医院刘强教授门诊,且治疗有效的冠心病患者病案数据,将病案资料录入Excel 2019软件建立相关数据库并规范术语,运用古今医案云平台V2.3.7进行药物频次及属性统计、药物关联规则分析、药物聚类分析和复杂网络分析,对符合纳入标准的医案数据进行挖掘,探讨组方用药的规律。结果 刘强治疗冠心病共纳入有效病案235则,纳入处方235首,涉及中药190味,累计使用总频次3503次。其中使用频率≥10%味中药有37味,高频使用的中药依次为丹参、郁金、牡蛎、地龙、枳壳等。药性以温、微寒、寒为主,药味以苦、辛、甘为主,归经以肺经、肝经、脾经、心经为主。关联规则分析得到高频药对14组,通过聚类分析得到6个药物组合。通过复杂网络分析提炼出刘强教授治疗冠心病的核心处方由郁金、丹参、地龙、牡蛎、枳壳、姜半夏、红景天、桂枝、茯苓9味药物组成。结论 刘强教授治疗冠心病以活血逐瘀,化痰散结,益气通阳,宁心安神为主,临床用药标本兼顾, 病证结合, 从证选药。 |

| Objective To analyze the characteristics and rules of Professor Liu Qiang"s prescription and medication in the treatment of coronary heart disease through data mining.Methods Screening the case data of coronary heart disease patients who visited Professor Liu Qiang"s clinic in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2023 and were treated effectively, entering the case data into Microsoft Excel 2019 software to establish the relevant database and standardize the terminology, using the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform V2.3.7 to carry out Chinese medicine evidence type statistics, drug frequency and attribute statistics, drug associationRule analysis, drug clustering analysis and complex network analysis were performed to mine the data of medical cases that met the inclusion criteria and explore the laws of their prescription and medication. Results Liu medical record 235 in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) were included in the prescription 235, involving 190 Chinese medicine taste, accumulative total frequency of 3503 doses. Among them, 37 herbs were used more than 10%, and the most frequently used herbs were salvia miltiorrhiza, Tujin, oysters, lumbricoides and aurantii. The main medicinal properties were warm, slightly cold and cold, the main medicinal flavors were bitter, spicy and sweet, and the main meridians were lung meridian, liver meridian, spleen meridian and heart meridian. Association rules analysis for high frequency medicine group of 14, 6 drug combination is obtained by cluster analysis. Through complex network analysis, Professor Liu Qiang"s core prescription for treating coronary heart disease was extracted, which consisted of 9 drugs, i. e., Yujin, Danshen, lumbricus, oysters, Fructus aurantii, Rhizoma pinellia, rhodiola, Cinnamomum and Poria. Conclusion Professor Liu Qiang treats coronary heart disease by resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis, activating blood circulation and eliminating areoles, benefiting qi and promoting yang, and calming the heart and tranquillizing the mind, and he selects medicines based on the combination of the symptoms and the root cause. |
