      目的:比较腹膜透析实热证、虚热证患者与健康人群肠道菌群构成及多样性特征的差异,探讨实热证、虚热证腹膜透析患者的肠道菌群特征。方法:根据纳入及排除标准,选取实热证组、虚热证组、健康对照组各20例,收集粪便标本,利用16SrDNA测序技术,通过Alpha及Beta多样性分析等方法,对比组间肠道菌群差异。结果:与健康对照组比较,实热证组与虚热证组Alpha多样性降低,Beta多样性分析提示三组肠道菌群构成差异不明显。特征性细菌 LEfSe 分析显示,实热证组与虚热证组相较于健康对照组,罗斯氏菌属、普氏栖粪杆菌属等产丁酸细菌相对减少。与健康人群比较,实热证组与虚热证组共同改变的微生物科有2种、微生物属有4种,而实热证组与虚热证组之间差异改变的微生物科有3种、微生物属有2种。结论:腹膜透析热证组患者肠道微生物结构较健康人群的肠道菌群在多样性、相对丰度及特征性菌类方面存在差异,且两种热证之间也存在一定差异。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To compare the differences in the composition and diversity of intestinal flora between peritoneal dialysis patients with excess heat syndrome or deficiency heat syndrome and healthy people, and to explore the characteristics of intestinal flora in patients with excess heat syndrome or deficiency heat syndrome. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 20 cases of excess heat syndrome, 20 cases of deficiency heat syndrome, and 20 cases of healthy control group were selected. Fecal samples were collected, and 16S rDNA sequencing technology was used to compare the differences in intestinal flora between the groups by Alpha and Beta diversity analysis. Results: Compared with the healthy control group, the Alpha diversity of the excess heat syndrome group and the deficiency heat syndrome group decreased, the Beta diversity analysis suggested that there is no significant difference in the composition of gut microbiota among the three groups. Characteristic bacterial LEfSe analysis shows that, compared to the healthy control group, the group with excess heat syndrome and the group with deficiency heat syndrome, the number of butyric acid producing bacteria such as Rosella and Prevotella is relatively reduced. Compared with the healthy control group, there are 2 microbial families and 4 microbial genera that change together in the solid heat syndrome group and the deficiency heat syndrome group, while there are 3 microbial families and 2 microbial genera that change differently between the solid heat syndrome group and the deficiency heat syndrome group.Conclusion: There are differences in the diversity, relative abundance, and characteristic bacteria of the gut microbiota between the peritoneal dialysis heat syndrome group and the healthy population, and there are also certain differences between the two types of heat syndrome.
