| 目的 应用火针的方法治疗水光针术后非感染性肉芽肿。 方法 选用针体规格为 0.5mm,将其置于酒精灯上,烧红针尖与针体,一直到针尖发白后,对准皮肤损伤处,快、稳、准刺入,并快速出针。一周一次,八次为一疗程。 结果 术后随访,肉芽消失,无痒痛自觉症状,无明显瘢痕,少量色素。结论 火针可以治疗水光针术后非感染性肉芽肿,且无不良反应,值得临床借鉴。 |

| Objective: To apply the method of fire needle to treat non-infectious granuloma after hydrodermabrasion needle operation. Method: Select a needle with a specification of 0.5mm, place it on an alcohol lamp, and burn the tip and body of the needle until the needle tip turns white. Then aim at the damaged skin, insert it quickly, steadily, and accurately, and quickly take out the needle. Once a week, eight times as a course of treatment. Results: Postoperative follow-up showed that the granulation disappeared, there were no itchy or painful subjective symptoms, no obvious scar, and a small amount of pigmentation. Conclusion: Fire needle can treat non-infectious granuloma after hydrodermabrasion needle operation without adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical reference. |
