| 目的:观察消渴伤愈颗粒剂治疗胫骨中下段骨折合并糖尿病术后的临床效价。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例本病患者随机分为两组(n=30),对照组采取胫骨髓内钉+血糖控制与监测,治疗组采取胫骨髓内钉+血糖控制与监测+消渴伤愈颗粒剂口服。比较两组术后切口甲级愈合率、住院时间、住院费用、骨折愈合时间及骨折不愈合率。结果:治疗组有效率96.6%,优良率86.7%,对照组有效率93.3%,优良率为66.7%,差异有统计学意义。两组骨折愈合时间,切口甲级愈合率,住院时间,住院费用,差异有统计学意义；两组骨折不愈合率,差异无统计学意义。结论:消渴伤愈颗粒剂治疗胫骨中下段骨折合并糖尿病术后临床效果较好。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect and cost performance of? Diabetes--Trauma healing granule in the treatment of distal tibia fracture associated with diabetes mellitus after the operation. Methods: Randomly divide 60 patients with this disease who meet the inclusion criteria into two groups (n=30).In control group, were treated with tibial intramedullary nail + blood glucose control and monitoring.while in treatment group, Diabetes--Trauma healing granule was added on the basis of the control group.Compared with hospital stay, hospital cost, fracture healing time and fracture nonunion rate in the two groups.Results: the effective rate was 96.6% and the excellent rate was 86.7% in the treatment group,while 93.3% effective and 66.7% excellent in the control group,the difference was significant（P＜0.05）.three was significant difference（P＜0.05） in fracture healing time,grade A incision healing rate,the length of hospitalization and hospitalization cost between the two groups.There was no significant difference in fracture nonunion rate between the two groups.Conclusion: Diabetes--Trauma healing granule can improve clinical effect and cost performance for distal tibia fracture associated with diabetes mellitus after the operation. |
