| 目的：分析经皮撬拨复位螺钉固定联合载距突螺钉技术治疗SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折的疗效。方法：选取65例在我院接受治疗的SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折患者,按治疗方法的不同分为32例常规组,33例联合组,所选取年限为2022年7月-2023年6月。对比两组患者基线资料、围手术期指标、AOFAS评分、跟骨放射学指标水平、血清相关因子水平、Maryland评分、骨代谢指标水平、免疫功能指标水平、VAS评分、并发症发生率及治疗情况。结果：治疗后,两组患者TNF-α、PTH、跟骨高度、ACP、HIF-α、跟骨宽度、VAS评分低于治疗前,BGP、OPG、BMP、IgM、ALP、Maryland评分、Cissane角、IgG、CT、IGF、Bohler角、PICP、AOFAS评分、IgA高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与常规组相比,联合组PTH、跟骨高度、ACP、住院时间、跟骨宽度、并发症总发生率、骨折愈合时间、BMP、术中出血量、VAS评分、IGF、手术时间、PICP、消肿时间、OPG低,BGP、IgM、Maryland评分、HIF-α、ALP、Cissane角、IgA、AOFAS评分、TNF-α、IgG、CT、Bohler角、优良率高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用经皮撬拨复位螺钉固定联合载距突螺钉技术治疗SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折患者,可明显改善免疫功能、Bohla角、Cissane角,缩短手术时间及骨折愈合时间,减少并发症发生情况,并明显改善术后足部功能,提高治疗优良率。 |

| Objective: To analyze the curative effect of percutaneous pry screw fixation combined with talar screw in the treatment of Sanders type III calcaneal fracture. Methods: Sixty-five patients with Sanders type III calcaneal fracture treated in our hospital were selected. According to different treatment methods, 32 cases were divided into conventional group, 33 cases were combined group, The selected period is from July 2022 to June 2023. Baseline data, perioperative indexes, AOFAS score, radiological indexes of calcaneal bone, serum related factor levels, Maryland score, bone metabolism index level, immune function index level, VAS score, complication rate and treatment status. Results: After treatment, TNF-α, PTH, calcaneal height, ACP, HIF-α, calcaneal width and VAS scores in 2 groups were lower than before treatment. BGP, OPG, BMP, IgM, ALP, Maryland score, Cissane Angle, IgG, CT, IGF, Bohler Angle, PICP, AOFAS score and IgA score were higher than before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared to the regular group, In the combination group, PTH, calcaneal bone height, ACP, length of hospital stay, calcaneal bone width, total complication rate, fracture healing time, BMP, Intraoperative blood loss, VAS score, IGF, operative time, PICP, swelling reduction time, OPG were low. BGP, IgM, Maryland score, HIF-α, ALP, Cissane Angle, IgA, AOFAS score, TNF-α, IgG, CT, Bohler Angle, high excellent and good rate, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
