| 目的 分析与研究肩周炎中医证型的辨证与分布情况,为后续肩周炎的冻结肩中医诊治标准提供数据资料的支持。 方法? 检索 1979～2024 中国知网、万方和维普数据库中关于肩周炎中医征候的文献,研究肩周炎的中医证候分布。 结果 共纳入文献 39 篇,39 篇文献中未全部记载关于患者的性别、年龄、和发病节气的分布。涉及中医证候 22 种,最终有 5754 例肩周炎纳入研究,寒湿痹阻证、气滞血瘀证和气血亏虚证为占比最高的三种证型,其中肩周炎的主要证候为寒湿痹阻证(45.20%)。 结论 寒湿痹阻证、气滞血瘀证和气血亏虚证是肩周炎的主要证候,其中寒湿痹阻证是肩周炎发病率最高的证候。 |

| :Objective To analyze and study the syndrome differentiation and distribution of scapulohumeral periarthritis in traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide data support for the standard of diagnosis and treatment of frozen shoulder. Methods The literature on TCM syndrome of periarthritis of shoulder was searched from 1979 to 2024 in CNKI, Wanfang and VIP database, and the distribution of TCM syndrome was studied. Results A total of 39 literatures were included, of which the gender, age, and solar term distribution of patients were not all recorded. There were 22 kinds of TCM syndromes involved, and 5754 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were included in the study. The top three syndromes were cold-dampness obstruction, Qi stagnation and blood stasis and Qi blood deficiency. The main syndromes of periarthritis of shoulder were cold-dampness obstruction (45.20%). Conclusion The main syndromes of periarthritis of shoulder are cold-dampness obstruction, qi stagnation and blood stasis and qi blood deficiency, among which cold-dampness obstruction is the most common syndromes. |
