| 目的:调查杭州市丁桥地区细菌感染性腹泻患者的病原体种类、分布情况以及临床危险因素,为临床治疗及预防提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析杭州市中医院丁桥院区2020年5月至2023年10月内诊断为细菌感染性腹泻病例的致病菌的检出分布率、临床危险因素单因素及多因素分析。结果:该地区细菌感染性腹泻患者感染的致病菌主要为副溶血弧菌和沙门菌；临床检验指标中的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、淋巴细胞百分比、中性粒细胞数、淋巴细胞数、钾、钠、氯、超敏C反应蛋白这几项均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)；患者的肝胆疾病和消化道疾病病史以及粪便隐血阳性结果是该疾病的危险因素。结论:该地区细菌感染性腹泻患者的病原体种类和分布情况具有沿海地区的普遍特点,本研究通过探讨细菌性感染患者临床资料中的危险因素分析,有助于结合患者的基础疾病和临床症状,提早对症诊疗及预后。 |

| Objective: To investigate the pathogen species, distribution and clinical risk factors of bacterial diarrhea patients in Dingqiao district of Hangzhou, and to provide reference for clinical treatment and prevention. Methods: The detection and distribution rate of pathogenic bacteria and clinical risk factors of patients diagnosed with bacterial infectious diarrhea from May 2020 to October 2023 in Dingqiao Hospital of Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The main pathogenic bacteria were Vibrio parasympathetics and salmonella. There were statistical differences in WBC, N#, N%, L#, hs-CRP, K, Na, Cl and hs-CRP among clinical test indicators (P<0.05). The patient"s history of diseases of liver and gallbladder and digestive tract, and positive results of fecal occult blood are risk factors for the disease. Conclusion: The types and distribution of pathogens in the patients with bacterial infectious diarrhea in this region have the common characteristics of coastal areas. This study is helpful to combine the basic diseases and clinical symptoms of patients with bacterial infection, and advance the diagnosis and prognosis. |
