| 摘要 目的 观察地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis, UC）的临床疗效和血清TNF-α,IL-2, IL-6, IL-10水平的影响。方法 选择诊断明确的轻、中度UC患者86例，按随机数字表法分为美沙拉嗪组29 例、美沙拉嗪联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊组（观察1组）31 例、美沙拉嗪联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片组（观察2组）26例。所有患者治疗12周，观察患者临床疗效（疾病活动度DAI评分、临床总有效率）及血清炎症指标（TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10）改变。结果 治疗后三组DAI均下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且两组益生菌联合组下降明显多于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；三组临床总有效率方面，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；三组患者各项血清炎症指标与治疗前相比，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗后益生菌组与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义，且TNF-α、IL-10两项指标在观察2组与观察1组组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），IL-6在观察2组与观察1组组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 益生菌联合美沙拉嗪能够有效促进UC临床症状的缓解和血清炎症水平的降低，且地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊效果更佳。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bacillus licheniformis live capsule on ulcerative colitis and its influence on serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 levels. Methods Patients with definite mild to moderate UC were divided into control group 29(mesalazine group) and Observation group 31 (mesalazine combined with Bacillus licheniformis live capsule group). All patients were treated for 12 weeks and the clinical efficacy (disease activity DAI score, clinical total effective rate) and serum inflammatory indexes were observed. Results DAI score of both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the decrease of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in total clinical effective rate between the two groups (P > 0.05). All serum inflammation indexes in 2 groups were different compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the differencee in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Bacillus licheniformis live capsule can effectively promote the relief of clinical symptoms and decrease the level of serum inflammatory indicators in patients with ulcerative colitis. |
