| 【】? 目的:分析冷圈套切除术(Cold snare polypectomy,CSP)与内镜下黏膜切除术(Endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)应用于≤10 mm结直肠息肉中的效果。? 方法:将2022年1月至2023年5月在浙江省宁波市象山县红十字台胞医院接受结直肠息肉内镜下切除术且息肉≤10mm的患者150例随机分为CSP组(n=75)及EMR组(n=75)。对两种术式治疗的疗效、安全性及费用进行比较。 结果:两组患者的NBI下完全切除率均达100%,且无术中出血、术中穿孔的发生,术后均无延迟性出血和穿孔的发生,均有较佳疗效及安全性。CSP组住院费用1597.0-4040.0元,平均(2875.6±546.96)元,EMR组住院费用1539.0-5941.0元,平均(3468.9±763.98)元,CSP组住院费用明显低于EMR组(p<0.05)。? 结论:CSP和EMR治疗≤10 mm结直肠息肉的疗效和安全性均较佳,但CSP的医疗费用较低。 |

| Objective: To analyze the effects of Cold snare polypectomy (CSP) and Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) in patients with ≤10 mm colorectal polyps. Methods: 150 patients who underwent endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps with polyps ≤ 10mm at the Red Cross Taiwan Compatriot Hospital in Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province from January 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into CSP group (n=75) and EMR group (n=75). Compare the efficacy, safety, and cost of two surgical treatments. Results: The complete resection rate under NBI was 100% in both groups of patients, and there was no intraoperative bleeding or perforation. There were no delayed bleeding or perforation after surgery, and both groups had good efficacy and safety. The hospitalization expenses of the CSP group ranged from 1597.0-4040.0 yuan, with an average of (2875.6 ± 546.96) yuan, while the hospitalization expenses of the EMR group ranged from 1539.0-5941.0 yuan, with an average of (3468.9 ± 763.98) yuan. The hospitalization expenses of the CSP group were significantly lower than those of the EMR group (p<0.05). Conclusion: CSP and EMR have better efficacy and safety in treating colorectal polyps ≤ 10 mm, but CSP has lower medical costs. |
