| 目的：本研究旨在探讨人迎穴调控与PRI技术联合应用对慢性非特异性颈痛患者疼痛和功能的影响程度。研究方式：选择60名满足诊断标准的慢性非特异性颈痛病人，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30名。对照组接受针对颈部痛点的针刺及推拿治疗，并进行常规活动锻炼，而观察组则采用人迎穴调控及PRI技术。两组均接受为期14天的治疗。通过比较治疗前后患者的VAS、NDI和ROM评分来评估疗效。结果：两组患者结束治疗之后，VAS、NDI、ROM均有显著提升(P<0.05)，并且观察组的效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：人迎穴调控联合PRI技术能显著减轻慢性非特异性颈痛患者疼痛，并改善其功能。 |

| Objective: To observe the degree of impact of Ren Ying point regulation combined with PRI technology on pain and function in patients with chronic non-specific neck pain. Method: Randomly dividing 60 cases of chronic non-specific neck pain, meeting the diagnostic guidelines, into two groups - the control group receiving acupuncture and massage at their pain points, combined with routine activity exercise, and the observation group receiving Ren Ying point regulation in combination with PRI - was the method employed. Both groups were treated for 14 days.Result: VAS, ROM, and NDI all showed enhancement after the treatment in both groups(P<0.05), with the extent of enhancement being more pronounced in the observation group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Renying acupoint modulation in conjunction with PRI technique demonstrated significant efficacy in reducing pain and enhancing functionality in individuals suffering from chronic non-specific neck pain. |
