      目的:探究肩袖损伤患者行肩袖修补术(关节镜下进行)后采用浮针与康复训练干预后的效果。方法:选用2023年3月至2024年3月期间同一手术医师完成的关节镜下肩袖修补术后第二阶段的肩袖损伤患者60例,按照信封随机法均分为浮针组30例(浮针结合康复训练治疗,n=30例)和对照组(采取康复训练干预,n=30例),对比二者临床疗效,疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分,Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分,生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果:治疗2w后,对照组总有效率为73.33%较浮针组的93.33%低(P<0.05);治疗1w、2w后,浮针组VAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);对照组治疗2w后Constant-Murley评分较浮针组低(P<0.05);治疗2w后浮针组SF-36评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:针对关节镜下肩袖修补术后肩袖损伤患者采用浮针和康复训练治疗,可提高临床效果,缓解疼痛,改善肩关节功能,提升其生活质量。

      Objective: To explore the effect on patients with rotator cuff injury receiving floating needle and rehabilitation training intervention after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Methods: 60 patients with rotator cuff injury in the second stage after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair completed by the same surgeon were selected from March 2023 to March 2024. According to the random envelope method, the patients were evenly classified into floating needle group (floating needle combined with rehabilitation training, n=30) and control group (rehabilitation training intervention, n=30). The clinical efficacy, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, Constant-Murley shoulder function score, and quality of life scale (SF-36) score were compared. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate in control group was 73.33%, which was lower than 93.33% in floating needle group (P<0.05). After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment, the VAS scores in floating needle group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The Constant-Murley scores in control group after 2 weeks of treatment were lower than those in floating needle group (P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the SF-36 scores in floating needle group were higher compared to control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with rotator cuff injury after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, floating needle and rehabilitation training can enhance the clinical effect, relieve the pain, improve the shoulder function and enhance the quality of life.
