| 皮肤承担着保护内部组织、调节体温、感知外界刺激等重要生理功能，其完整性和健康状态也直接影响着个体的外观与心理健康。日常生活中，皮肤常因各种外界因素受损，导致组织缺损、瘢痕形成等问题，严重时可影响患者的生活质量。探索安全有效的促进皮肤组织再生与修复的治疗方法，一直是皮肤科学领域的研究热点。积雪苷霜软膏，作为一种源自天然植物积雪草提取物的外用药物，因其独特的药理作用和广泛的应用前景，近年来备受关注。本文对积雪苷在皮肤细胞生长、炎症反应、抗氧化等多方面的生物活性进行综述，分析探讨积雪苷霜软膏在烧伤创面、慢性皮肤病以及皮肤美容领域应用的作用机制及疗效，以期为临床应用及研究皮肤组织再生与修复提供新的思路和依据。 |

| The skin, as the largest organ of the human body, plays vital physiological roles such as protecting internal tissues, regulating body temperature, and sensing external stimuli. Its integrity and health directly affect an individual's appearance and mental well-being. However, in daily life, the skin is often damaged by various external factors, leading to tissue loss, scar formation, and other issues that can severely impact the quality of life for patients. Therefore, exploring safe and effective treatments to promote skin tissue regeneration and repair has always been a hot topic in dermatological research. Asiaticoside cream, an external medication derived from the natural plant Centella asiatica extract, has attracted much attention in recent years due to its unique pharmacological effects and broad application prospects. This review clarifies the multifaceted bioactivity of asiaticoside in promoting skin cell growth, inhibiting inflammatory responses, and exhibiting antioxidant properties. It analyzes the role of asiaticoside cream in skin tissue regeneration and explores its efficacy in the treatment of burns and wounds, chronic skin diseases, and in the field of skin beauty. This review is written in order to offer new perspectives and methodologies for skin tissue regeneration and repair. |
