| 目的：探讨抑郁症伴自杀意念的青少年在人格应对方式、社会支持水平与抑郁程度之间的相关性。方法：纳入2021年3月-2024年3月间就诊于我院的精神科门诊及住院的抑郁症患者940例，采用一般人口学资料调查表、HAMD-17、青少年人格应对方式量表、社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查，收集数据进行相关性分析。结果：经两独立样本t检验分析方法，结果发现应对方式的得分在性别和现居地具有统计学差异（P <0.05）。社会支持的得分在不同的人口社会学资料上无统计学差异（P >0.05）。相关性分析结果显示，HAMD-17评分与问题解决、寻求支持和合理解释呈负相关（r=-0.53～-0.39，P <0.05），与忍耐、逃避、发泄情绪、幻想否认评分呈正相关(r=0.20~0.46，P<0.01)。HAMD-17评分与社会支持水平较低和较高呈负相关（r=-0.43～-0.11，P<0.05），与水平中等呈正相关（r=0.23，P >0.05）。结果显示影响抑郁症伴自杀意念患者抑郁程度影响因素为年龄、现居地、应对方式和社会支持。结论：抑郁症伴自杀意念患者的应对方式和社会支持与患者的抑郁程度密切相关。 |

| 【】Objective Exploring the correlation between personality coping strategies, social support levels, and depression severity in adolescents with depression and suicidal ideation. Methods 940 patients with depression who visited our psychiatric outpatient department and were hospitalized between March 2021 and March 2024 were included in the survey. The general demographic data questionnaire, HAMD-17, Adolescent Personality Coping Style Scale, and Social Support Rating Scale were used to collect data for correlation analysis. Results Through two independent samples t-test analysis, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference (P <0.05) in the scores of coping strategies between gender and current residence. There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of social support among different demographic and sociological data (P >0.05). The correlation analysis results showed that the HAMD-17 score was negatively correlated with problem-solving, seeking support, and reasonable explanation (r=-0.53~-0.39, P <0.05), and positively correlated with endurance, avoidance, emotional release, and fantasy denial scores (r=0.20~0.46, P <0.01). The HAMD-17 score was negatively correlated with low and high levels of social support (r=-0.43~-0.11, P <0.05), and positively correlated with moderate levels (r=0.23, P >0.05). The results showed that the factors affecting the degree of depression in patients with suicidal ideation were age, current residence, coping style, and social support. Conclusion The coping strategies and social support of patients with depression and suicidal ideation are closely related to the severity of their depression. |
