| 目的：系统评价玉屏风颗联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘的有效性及安全性。方法：计算机检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学（CBM）数据库、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library，检索时间为各库建库至2024年8月。2名评价员进行文献筛选和质量评价，提取有效数据后在RevMan5.4软件上进行Meta分析。结果：筛选后共纳入8项研究，收集到病例共830例。Meta分析结果显示，相较于对照组，玉屏风颗粒辅助联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘的总有效率更高（RR＝1.17,95%CI:1.11~1.24,P＜0.05）、第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）有改善（MD＝0.29, 95%CI:0.12~0.45,P＜0.05）、FEV1/FVC有改善（MD＝3.30,95%CI:1.31~5.29,P＜0.05）、最大呼气流量（PEF）有改善（MD＝9.40,95%CI:7.15~11.64,P＜0.05），且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（RR＝0.71,95%CI:0.24~2.15, P＝0.55）。结论：玉屏风颗粒辅助联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘效果明显，不良反应相对较少，值得推广。 |

| Abstract: Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yupingfeng granules combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation for the treatment of bronchial asthma in children. Methods CNKI database, Wanfang database, VIP database, CBM database, PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library were searched by computer from the establishment of each database to August 2024. Two evaluators independently conducted literature screening and quality evaluation. After extracting valid data, meta-analysis was performed on RevMan5.4 software. Results After screening, a total of 8 studies were included, and 830 cases were collected. The results of meta-analysis showed that, compared with the control group, the total effective rate of Yupingfeng granule assisted combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation was higher in the treatment of pediatric asthma(RR＝1.17,95%CI:1.11~1.24,P＜0.05), forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) improved(MD＝0.29, 95%CI:0.12~0.45,P＜0.05), FEV1/FVC improved (MD＝3.30,95%CI:1.31~5.29,P＜0.05) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) improved (MD＝9.40,95%CI:7.15~11.64,P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(RR＝0.71,95%CI:0.24~2.15, P＝0.55). Conclusion Yupingfeng granule assisted combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation for the treatment of bronchial asthma in children has obvious effect, less adverse reactions, which is worth promoting. |
