| 目的：基于数据挖掘探析沈钦荣治疗肩痹的用药规律。方法：收集并整理沈钦荣门诊治疗肩痹的有效初诊医案，运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)结合R软件对其进行药物频次、四气、五味、归经等统计，采用关联规则、聚类分析等进行数据挖掘。结果：共纳入处方110首，涉及药物121味，中药频次前3位为桂枝、桃仁、茯苓，药性以温、平、寒为主，药味多甘、苦、辛，归经多见于肝、脾、肾经，药物组合频次最高为赤芍、桃仁，中医证型共有9种，聚类分析得出4个核心组合。结论：沈钦荣治疗肩痹强调标本兼治，以补益肝肾、健脾除湿、理气活血、通络止痛为治疗原则。 |

| Objective: To analyze the medication rules of Shen Qinrong in the treatment of shoulder paralysis based on data mining. Methods: The effective initial medical cases of Shen Qinrong's outpatient treatment of shoulder paralysis were collected and sorted out, and the statistics of drug frequency, four qi, five flavors, and meridian attribution were collected by using the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform (V2.5) combined with the R software, and the data mining was carried out by association rules and cluster analysis. Results: A total of 110 prescriptions were included, involving 121 flavors of drugs, the top 3 frequencies of traditional Chinese medicine were cinnamon branch, peach kernel and Poria cocos, the medicinal properties were mainly warm, flat and cold, the medicinal taste was sweet, bitter and pungent, and the meridians were mostly seen in the liver, spleen and kidney meridians, and the highest drug combination frequency was red peony and peach kernel, there are 9 types of TCM syndromeand，four core combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion: Shen Qinrong's treatment of frozen shoulder paralysis emphasizes both the symptoms and the root cause, and takes tonifying the liver and kidney, strengthening the spleen and removing dampness, regulating qi and activating blood circulation, andclearing the channels to relieve pain as the principle of treatment. |
