| 目的：研究牵正散加味联合针灸在风痰阻络型周围性面瘫治疗中的临床效果。方法：选取小营街道社区卫生中心2019年1月至2023年10月收治的60例风痰阻络型周围性面瘫患者为研究对象，随机分为两组各30例。在常规药物治疗的基础上，对照组接受针灸治疗，试验组则同时接受牵正散加味联合针灸治疗。治疗2周后比较两组肌电图指标、面部残疾指数（包括FDI躯体功能与社会功能评分）、面部功能（H-B评分）和中医证候评分。结果：治疗2周后两组患者症状均得到明显改善，在肌电图、FDI躯体功能评分、FDI社会功能评分和H-B评分比较中，试验组均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在风痰阻络型周围性面瘫的治疗中，牵正散加味联合针灸显示出显著疗效，有效改善了患者的临床症状和面部功能。 |

| Objective: To study the clinical effect of Qianzheng powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis of wind-phlegm-blocking collateral type. Methods: 60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis due to wind and phlegm blocking collaterals who were admitted to the Xiaoying Subdistrict Community Health Center from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases each. On the basis of conventional drug treatment, the control group received acupuncture treatment, while the experimental group received Qianzheng Powder flavored combined with acupuncture treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment, the electromyographic indicators, facial disability index (including FDI physical function and social function scores), facial function (H-B score) and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the symptoms of both groups of patients were significantly improved. In comparison of electromyography, FDI physical function score, FDI social function score and H-B score, the experimental group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis of wind-phlegm-blocking collateral type, modified Qianzheng Powder combined with acupuncture shows significant efficacy, effectively improving the patient's clinical symptoms and facial function. |
