| 本文报道绍兴市上虞人民医院2022年8月收治的1例结肠造口还纳术后肠外瘘(Enterocutaneous fistula ,ECF)患者,并通过加压包扎联合凡士林纱布封堵瘘口成功治愈,出院后随访1年患者切口愈合良好,无明显肠梗阻腹痛等并发症情况出现。目前暂无该方法相关临床报道,希望通过此次临床个案报道为ECF治疗提供新方法。 |

| We report a patient with Enterocutaneous fistula (ECF) after colostomy closure admitted to Shangyu People"s Hospital of Shaoxing in August 2022,who was successfully cured by pressure dressing combined with vaseline gauze closure of the fistula. The incision healed well during the follow-up of 1 year after discharge. No obvious complications such as intestinal obstruction and abdominal pain occurred. At present, there is no relevant clinical report on this method , hoping to provide new method for the treatment of enterocutaneous fistula. |
