| 【】 目的:观察蜂针治疗跟腱炎的疗效,评估蜂针疗法在临床应用中的价值。方法:于2017 - 2020年在门诊随机选取200例跟腱炎患者,设采用蜂针疗法的试验组和采用毫针疗法的对照组,每组各100例。试验组运用蜂针在跟腱周围穴位施针,每周两次为1疗程,治疗5周；对照组除使用毫针外,操作和疗程与试验组相同。比较两组患者治疗前后跟腱疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、维多利亚体育研究所跟腱问卷(VISA-A)评分,评估治疗临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后的VAS评分明显低于治疗前评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗5周后两组间比较有统计学差异。两组治疗后的VISA-A评分皆升高,两组间比较差异也有统计学意义。此外试验组总有效率(96.1%)高于对照组(79%),并具有统计学意义。结论:蜂针疗法治疗跟腱炎疗效确切,较毫针疗法治愈率更高,起效更快。 |

| 【】Objective: To observe the effect of bee acupuncture in the treatment of achilles tendinitis, and evaluate the value of bee acupuncture in clinical application. Methods: A total of 200 patients with achilles tendinitis were randomly selected from the outpatient department of our hospital from 2017 to 2020. They were divided into an experimental group with bee acupuncture therapy and a control group with filiform needling therapy, 100 cases in each group. In the experimental group, bee acupuncture was applied to the acupoints around the Achilles tendon, twice a week as a course of treatment for 5 weeks. Except for filiform needle, the control group had the same operation and course of treatment as the experimental group. Before and after treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score of Achilles tendon pain and the victorian institute of sports assessment achilles questionnaire (VISA-A) score were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment. Results: The VAS scores after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than the pre-treatment scores, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was a statistical difference between the two groups after 5 weeks of treatment. Both groups showed an increase in the VISA-A score after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was also statistically significant. In addition, the total effective rate (96.1%) in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (79%), and it was statistically significant. Conclusion: Bee acupuncture therapy for achilles tendinitis has a definite therapeutic effect, with a higher cure rate than iliform needling therapy and faster onset of action. |
