| 本文介绍浙江省名中医朱祥成教授在治疗扁桃体消融术后急性期的学术经验。基于“烧烫伤”理论探究扁桃体消融术后急性期的病因病机、临床表现特点和辨治原则,朱祥成认为扁桃体消融术是通过使用等离子刀热力切割病灶扁桃体和电灼创面凝血完成的,术中咽部组织受到“热损伤”可看作是中医学的“烧烫伤”,扁桃体消融术后急性期的辨证主要为热邪伤阴证,治宜清热解毒、养阴生津。 |

| Tonsillectomy has become a routine surgery for the radical treatment of tonsillar diseases in otolaryngology, and common complications in the acute phase after surgery bring poor patient experience. Professor Zhu Xiangcheng, a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Zhejiang Province, has accumulated rich clinical experience and academic ideas in the treatment of acute complications after tonsillectomy. Based on the theory of "burn and scald", Zhu Shi explores the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, and principles of diagnosis and treatment of the acute phase after tonsillectomy. Zhu Shi believes that tonsillectomy is achieved by using a plasma knife to thermally cut the affected tonsils and electrocautery to coagulate the wound. During the operation, the "heat damage" to the pharyngeal tissue can be regarded as "burn and scald" in traditional Chinese medicine. The main syndrome differentiation of the acute phase after tonsillectomy is heat pathogenic injury to yin syndrome, and the treatment should focus on clearing heat and detoxifying, nourishing yin and generating fluids. |
