| 尿酸性肾病(UAN)早期以尿酸蓄积过度,血浊积滞于脉管,随着病情发展,将逐渐转变为湿、浊、痰、瘀等病理产物,加重脾肾损伤；血浊既为病理产物,又为致病因素,内外合邪,进入恶性循环,从而加剧病情的发生及演变,最终进入肾病终末期。因此对于尿酸性肾病的治疗应以补益脾肾为基础,将清化血浊贯穿治疗全过程。本文将基于血浊理论探讨尿酸性肾病的病因病机及分期治疗,以期为尿酸性肾病的治疗提供一定思路。 |

| Uric acid nephropathy (UAN) is characterized by excessive accumulation of uric acid and accumulation of blood turbidity in the vasculature in the early stage. With the development of the disease, it will be gradually transformed into pathological products such as dampness, turbidity, phlegm, stasis, etc., which will aggravate the damage of the spleen and kidney; the blood turbidity is a pathological product as well as a disease-causing factor, and it is a combination of the internal and external evils, which enters into a vicious circle, thus exacerbating the disease and its evolution, and finally entering into the terminal stage of the nephropathy. Therefore, the treatment of UAN should be based on tonifying the spleen and kidney, and clearing and removing blood turbidity should be carried through the whole treatment process.This paper will explore the etiology and staging treatment of UAN based on the theory of blood turbidity, in order to provide some ideas for the treatment of UAN. |
