| 失眠通常是指患者的一种主观体验,根据《国际睡眠障碍分类》(ICSD-3) 第三版指出,其特征表现为难以入睡,睡眠维持困难或眠浅易醒、早醒,导致睡眠质量或数量的不足,从而影响日间功能的障碍或躯体不适。相关调查显示:成年人患病率高达38.2%,超过半数患者失眠症状持续10年以上,且这些数据呈逐年上升趋势。目前西医治疗失眠的药物主要为镇静安眠类药物(苯二氮卓类),其成瘾性、依赖性、戒断反应等不良反应较多。中医将失眠归为“不寐”范畴。采用辨证论治调节阴阳治疗不寐,疗效显著,且具有无依赖性、不良反应少的优势[7]。李伟林教授,浙江省名中医,从事临床工作三十余年,善于运用中西医结合治疗中医内科疾病,对于中医用药治疗不寐有独到见解。本研究利用SPSS Modeler 18.0进行数据挖掘,分析李伟林教授诊治不寐用药特点,总结具有较好疗效的方剂药组,对于提高不寐病临床疗效具有重要意义。 |

| Insomnia usually refers to a subjective experience of patients. According to the third edition of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3), its characteristics are manifested as difficulty falling asleep, difficulty maintaining sleep or light sleep with easy awakening and early awakening, resulting in insufficient sleep quality or quantity, thereby affecting daytime functional disorders or physical discomfort. Relevant surveys show that the prevalence rate among adults is as high as 38.2%, and more than half of the patients have suffered from insomnia for over 10 years. Moreover, these figures are on the rise year by year. At present, the main drugs used in Western medicine to treat insomnia are sedative and sleep-inducing drugs (benzodiazepines), which have many adverse reactions such as addiction, dependence and withdrawal reactions. In traditional Chinese medicine, insomnia is classified under the category of "bu mei". The treatment of insomnia by regulating Yin and Yang through syndrome differentiation and treatment has achieved remarkable therapeutic effects and has the advantages of no dependence and few adverse reactions [7]. Professor Li Weilin, a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Zhejiang Province, has been engaged in clinical work for over three decades. He is skilled at using a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat internal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine and has unique insights into the use of traditional Chinese medicine for treating insomnia. In this study, SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for data mining to analyze the medication characteristics of Professor Li Weilin in the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia, and to summarize the prescription drug groups with better therapeutic effects, which is of great significance for improving the clinical efficacy of insomnia. |
