| 目的：探讨黄连解毒汤加味联合西药治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床疗效。方法：选择于我院诊治的口腔扁平苔藓患者98例,采用简单化随机分组分为两组各49例。对照组给予硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,观察组在其基础上给予黄连解毒汤加味治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的口腔疼痛评分,口腔黏膜病损面积,中医证候评分,血清炎症因子,血清氧化应激指标及临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后口腔疼痛评分、口腔黏膜病损面积、中医证候评分、血清炎症因子、血清氧化应激指标均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组治疗后总有效率为93.88%高于对照组83.67%(P＜0.05)。结论：黄连解毒汤加味联合西药治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Huanglian jiedu decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods: 98 cases of oral lichen planus patients were selected from our hospital. The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets, and the observation group was treated with flavor-based huanglian jiedu decoction. Oral pain score, oral mucosal lesion area, TCM syndrome score, serum inflammatory factors, serum oxidative stress index and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, oral pain score, oral mucosal lesion area, TCM syndrome score, serum inflammatory factor and serum oxidative stress index in both groups were lower than before treatment(P < 0.05). The observe group total effective rate was 93.88% higher control group 83.67%(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Huanglian jiedu decoction combined with western medicine has significant clinical effect on oral lichen planus. |
